InternetMarketing - Too Busy For Your Business To Grow?

By Jon Allo

Just about every business owner starts with the idea of growing their business to become something bigger and better. But as your business grows in recognition, income and overall results, it also means that you have a much bigger workload.

You end up spending too much time working in the business rather than working on the business. If you find that you're battling to get everything done on time, you can try batching.

It's a method of organization which should help you to save time in your business and be more effective.

Save Time Every Day With Batching

Batching is a technique where you devote specific time periods to certain tasks which you need to finish - and the tasks are all similar. For instance, this could be setting aside an hour to reply to emails and send out new emails to new contacts. Or it could be half an hour to write a new blog post or add some videos to your website.

When you know that you have a number of blog pasts to write, it's not uncommon to swap between one post and another. But you'll be much more effective if you concentrate your attention on one task at a time. Aim to touch each post, article, video or whatever only once and finish it. By batching your tasks you can accomplish more.

How Does Batching Save Time?

Not everyone has the capability to stay focused and on target all the way during the day. Even sitting down for an hour or so with the objective to complete the tasks you need to do can quickly change into something else. And what was intended to take a couple of minutes can take much longer than you had planned for.

In addition to staying more focused and being able to finish one task, batching will also mean that you save a lot of time. Every time you lose concentration and start doing something else, it can take 10-15 minutes to gain back your focus and remember what you were doing and get back on track.

How Can You Start With Batching?

To if batching makes it possible for you to save time in your business, start by making a list of all the jobs that you need to finish in a given time frame. Based on either priority or the amount of time you foresee each one is going to take, make a list with an allocation of the time period to each one.

The strategy is to then stick to the time period you have allocated to each task, and concentrate only on that one specific thing. This will stop you getting sidetracked and trying to do something else at the same time. The fact you have given yourself a time frame to complete it by will help you to stick to the target and complete it successfully.

If you've been doing everything yourself, you'll quickly find that this is a limiting factor in the growth of your business. Putting systems in place makes things quicker, and it makes it easier to outsource, giving you more time to focus on growth and new ideas. InternetMarketing - 7 Things Your Website May Be Missing

By Casey Bowden

It's no secret that everything these days is done online. We can shop, interact, look up information, and even market our businesses, all with a few clicks of a button. Your website is one of the most powerful tools available to grow your business and be more successful. But unfortunately, most websites are missing key components that hinder their ability to effectively reach customers. Is your website the best it can be? Keep reading to find out.

Mobile-Responsiveness
I cannot stress enough the importance of mobile-responsiveness. You need to make sure your website looks and functions just as well as your desktop site. It's important for two reasons. First, Google actually began ranking websites that are highly mobile-friendly towards the top of their results page. Second, 85% of people searching online are doing it on mobile devices. If your site takes forever to load or doesn't look and function properly, people will move on quickly.

Clear Call To Action
One of the most common things that websites fail to feature is a prominent Call to Action button. If people don't see anything prompting them to act, they will often leave the website without taking the next step to reach out to you. Buttons should be prominently placed, match the rest of your colors/branding, and give people clear direction.

Authentic Photos
People can usually tell if a website is using stock photos and videos. While it is generally more expensive and time-consuming, using authentic photos and videos on your web pages can make you stand out above the competition. High-quality, creative media will make the website appear polished and professional. Visuals are very important in marketing your company, so don't just choose the cheapest/easiest option. A large background video on the homepage can entice visitors further into your site, high-quality images can accompany key service content, a gallery can showcase your work, etc.

Contact Information
This may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised to find out how many websites are missing vital contact information. Your company info should be easy to find and access. We actually display our contact info on the bottom of several of our site's pages. All people have to do is scroll down and everything they need is right there. Also, having a contact page is a given. On it, you should have any important info they can use to reach you such as your email, phone, address, etc. You should include a contact form that's practical and easy for visitors to use.

Proper Hosting
Hosting can sometimes be an afterthought when a company launches its new website. Once the site is launched, people often pay for the cheapest hosting available and assume everything will go smoothly. But websites often encounter problems, and poor hosting could result in many issues that are bad for business. You could lose revenue if your site goes down, be ranked low on SEO rankings if your site is slow, and be susceptible to serious security and malware attacks if not properly protected.

Blog Section
Many companies do not see the value of a blog, but a blog section is a great way for visitors to gain some insight into your company. They are also a great way to promote your business because you can advertise each blog post on social media. Keep your topics well-rounded. Not every post has to be all business-you can have fun with your writing. Try to be knowledgeable and informative, but always remember that people want to know they're dealing with real people on the other side. Don't be afraid to let your personality show!

Testimonials
Testimonials are a great way to earn the trust of potential customers on your website. A real review of your company could be the spark that inspires someone to take action. Incorporate high-quality video testimonials if you want to add to the authenticity even more. Word-of-mouth marketing is free, so give people a great experience and they will gladly spread the word.

Keep these important aspects in mind when reviewing your website. If you want a high-end site that looks and functions great, Design Extensions can help! Astronomy - Picturing An Evil Star In The Wreckage Of Its Stellar Companion

By Judith E Braffman-Miller

Supernovae are the most powerful of all known stellar explosions, and they can be detected all the way to the very edge of the visible Universe. Indeed, for one brief shining moment, the fireworks display performed by these exploding stars can out-dazzle their entire host galaxy. Type II, or core-collapse supernovae, herald the final, fatal grand finale of a massive star that has finished burning its necessary supply of fuel by way of the process of nuclear fusion--thus creating heavier and heavier atomic elements out of lighter ones. However, the bitter, brilliant end must come at last when the star contains a core of iron that cannot be used as fuel. In April 2018, astronomers using NASA's Hubble Space Telescope (HST), announced that they had photographed within the fading afterglow of a supernova blast, the very first image of a surviving companion to a supernova. Their discovery is the most compelling evidence to date that some supernovae originate in binary (double-star) systems. But the stellar companion of the dead star was no innocent bystander to the blast--in fact, it was the culprit behind it.

The story began almost two decades ago when astronomers observed a supernova blast 40 million light-years away in a galaxy dubbed NGC 7424, situated in the southern constellation Grus (the Crane). Within the dim, lingering light of the fading afterglow of that once-brilliant blast, NASA's HST managed to obtain the very first image of the surviving companion to a star that has gone supernova. The image captured by the astronomers unveils the stellar survivor. This discovery suggests that some supernovae originate in binary star systems.

"We know that the majority of massive stars are in binary pairs. Many of these binary pairs will interact and transfer gas from one star to the other when their orbits bring them close together," Dr. Stuart Ryder explained in an April 26, 2018 Space Telescope Science Institute (STSI) Press Release. Dr. Ryder is from the Australian Astronomical Observatory (AAO) in Sydney, Australia. The STSI is in Baltimore, Maryland.

The guilty stellar companion of the dead massive progenitor star had sucked up almost all of the hydrogen from its doomed companion's stellar envelope. A star's envelope is the region that transports energy from the stellar core to its atmosphere. Millions of years before the primary star perished in the fiery fury of a supernova conflagration, the companion star's vampire-like behavior had created an instability in the doomed primary star. This instabilty made the victimized star episodically blow off a cocoon and shells of hydrogen gas before it finally met its catastrophic fate.

The supernova blast, dubbed SN 2001ig, is a rare type of beast inhabiting the supernova zoo. SN 2001ig is categorized as a Type IIb stripped-envelope supernova. This type of stellar explosion, that heralds the final farewell performance of a doomed star, is considered to be somewhat unusual because most--if not all--of its hydrogen is already gone before the fatal fireworks have begun. This rare type of stellar explosion was first identified in 1987 by team member Dr. Alex Filippenko of the University of California, Berkeley.

Type IIb Supernovae

All of the various classes of Type II (core-collapse) supernovae result from the rapid collapse and horrific explosion of a massive star. However, the progenitor star must sport at least 8 times, but no more than 40 to 50 times, the mass of our Sun. Otherwise the star cannot experience this type of explosive end.

Type II blasts differ from other types of supernovae by the presence of hydrogen in their spectra. They are usually observed inhabiting the spiral arms of galaxies and in H II regions. However, they are not found in elliptical galaxies, which do not possess spiral arms.

Stars manufacture energy by way of the process of nuclear fusion. Unlike our relatively small Sun, stars that are larger and heavier contain enough mass to fuse atomic elements all the way up to iron. Stars manage to perform this feat of atomic metamorphosis as the result of ever-increasing temperatures and pressures. The degeneracy pressure of electrons, along with the energy created by fusion reactions, wage war against the merciless pull of squeezing gravity. This continuous battle prevents the star from collapsing, and the still-"living" star is able to maintain stellar equilibrium. The star continues to fuse progressively heavier and heavier atomic elements out of lighter ones, commencing with the lightest atomic element--hydrogen--and then continuing on and on to fuse all of the atomic elements up to nickel and iron. Nuclear fusion of iron and nickel cannot manufacture net energy output. For this reason, no additional fusion of atomic elements can occur, leaving the nickel-iron core inert. Since there is no longer energy production to create outward pressure, equilibrium in broken, and the doomed star must meet its final violent fate. Within only seconds, the dying star's outer core reaches a breathtaking internal velocity of as much as 21% of the speed of light, while the temperature of the inner core screams upward to as much as 100 million Kelvin.

Type II supernovae usually completely wreck the massive progenitor star, blowing it to pieces and launching its brilliant rainbow of varicolored gaseous layers out into the space between stars. The most massive stars of all collapse and explode into stellar mass black holes. However, massive stars, that are not quite that massive, leave behind in their wreckage a dense, Chicago-sized object dubbed a neutron star. A baby neutron star is a rapidly spinning pulsar, that emits regular beams of light that are often likened to a lighthouse beacon. Neutron stars usually reside within the heart of a multicolored supernova remnant.

There are several categories of Type II supernova explosions, which are categorized according to their resulting light curves. A light curve is a graph of luminosity versus time in the aftermath of the explosion. Type IIb supernovae like SN 2001ig display only a weak hydrogen line in their initial spectrum--which is the reason why they are classified as Type II. However, as time passes, the hydrogen emission becomes undetectable, and there is also a second peak in the light curve that has a spectrum similar to a Type Ib supernova. The progenitor could have been a massive star that launched most of its outer layers into interstellar space. Alternatively, the progenitor could have been a star that lost most of its hydrogen envelope because of interactions with a vampire-like companion in a binary system--leaving behind, in its funeral pyre, a core that consists almost entirely of helium. As the ejecta of a Type IIb expands, the hydrogen layer rapidly becomes increasingly transparent and reveals the deeper gaseous layers. The IIb class of core-collapse supernovae was first introduced --as a theoretical concept--by Dr. Stanford E. Woosley et al. back in 1987. The class was soon applied to a duo of other supernovae: SN 1987 and SN 1993.

SN 2001ig is located in the barred spiral galaxy dubbed NGC 7424 which is situated about 37.5 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Grus (the Crane). NGC 7424 is approximately 100,000 light-years in size, which makes it similar to our own barred spiral Milky Way Galaxy. It is classified as a grand design galaxy because of its well defined spiral arms. One supernova and a duo of ultraluminous X-ray sources have been detected in NGC 7424.

Supernova 2001ig was discovered by the Australian amateur astronomer Robert Evans on the outer edge of NGC 7424 on December 10, 2001. Initially, Type IIb supernovae show spectral lines of hydrogen--just like other Type IIs. However, these vanish after a short time, only to be replaced by calcium, magnesium, and oxygen--which makes them look like typical Ib and Ic supernovae.

On May 28, 2002, astrophysicist Dr. Stuart Ryder (University of Cambridge, UK) and his colleagues spotted what they believe to be the binary companion of SN 2001ig. The companion star is a massive, bright, and searing-hot O or B class star, that originally had an eccentric orbit around the supernova progenitor--a Wolf-Rayet star. Dr. Ryder and his team propose that the sinister companion star periodically devoured the hydrogen-rich envelope of the unlucky progenitor, which explains the observed spectral alterations. Dr. Alicia Soderberg (Princeton University), and her colleagues, also think that the progenitor was a Wolf-Rayet star. However, Dr. Soderberg and her team propose that the periodic shedding of mass was the result of a powerful stellar wind that this class of stars produce.

The Terrible Tale Of An Evil Star

How stripped-envelope supernovae, like SN 2001ig, lose their outer envelopes is not well understood. They were originally believed to be solitary stars with very fast and powerful winds that hurled off their outer envelopes, as Dr. Soderberg's team now proposes. However, there is a problem with this particular model. This is because when astronomers began to hunt for the primary stars from which supernovae are born, they couldn't find them for many stripped-envelope supernovae.

"That was especially bizarre, because astronomers expected that they would be the most massive and the brightest progenitor stars. Also, the sheer number of stripped-envelope supernovae is greater than predicted," explained team member Dr. Ori Fox in the April 26, 2018 STSI Press Release.

Hunting for a binary companion in the aftermath of a supernova blast is not easy. First, the companion must be at a sufficiently close distance from Earth in order for HST to detect such a faint star. SN 2001ig and its companion are located at about that limit. Within that distance range, not many supernovae explode. But--even more importantly--astronomers have to know the precise position through very exact measurements.

Back in 2002, soon after SN 2001ig had exploded, astronomers were able to determine the precise location of the supernova using the European Southern Observatory's (ESO's) Very Large Telescope (VLT) in Cerro Paranal, Chile. Two years later, they then followed up their earlier observations using the Gemini South Observatory in Cerro Pachon, Chile. This observation provided the first tantalizing hints that a surviving binary companion was present.

Dr. Ryder and his team, knowing the coordinates, were able to focus HST on that location 12 years later, as the supernova's brilliant glare faded. With HST's exquisite resolution and ultraviolet capability, the astronomers were able to detect and photograph the surviving companion. Currently, only the HST can do this.

Before the supernova blast, the orbit of the stellar duo around each other lasted for about a year.

When the primary star went supernova, it had less of a devastating impact on the surviving companion than expected. Imagine a plum pit--representing the dense core of the culprit companion star--trapped in a mold of blueberry jello. The blueberry jello represents the star's gaseous envelope. As a shock wave propagates, the jello might briefly both wobble and stretch. However, the plum pit would remain in one piece.

In 2014, Dr. Fox and his team used the HST to spot the companion of a different Type IIb supernova, known as SN 1993J. However, they obtained a spectrum--not an image. SN 2001ig is particularly important because it represents the first time a surviving companion star has been imaged. "We were finally able to catch the stellar thief, confirming our suspicions that one had to be there," Dr. Filippenko explained in the April 26, 2018 STSI Press Release.

It's possible that as many as 50% of all stripped-envelope supernovae are accompanied by a companion star--and the other 50% lose their outer envelopes as the result of fierce stellar winds. Dr. Ryder and his team plan to determine how many supernovae with stripped-envelopes possess companion stars.

Their next endeavor is to study completely stripped-envelope supernovae--as opposed to SN 2001ig and SN 1993J. In both of these cases, the supernovae were only approximately 50% stripped. These completely stripped-envelope supernovae don't have much in the way of shock interaction with the ambient stellar environment. This is because their outer envelopes were lost long before the final, fatal supernova blast. Without shock interaction, they fade much more rapidly. This means that the team will have to wait two or three years to look for surviving supernova companion stars. In the future, they hope to use the upcoming James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) to continue their hunt.

The paper on the team's research is published in the March 28, 2018 issue of The Astrophysical Journal.

Marketing - What You Can Expect From A Good Productized Service Software

By Shalini Madhav

Productized services are simplified and focus the business marketing operation into a more predictable model that is easier to sell. The services are packaged in such a way that they are more like products which sell easily. Most service providers are productizing their services because of the various benefits they come with including:

Increased revenues

Improved company cash flow

Reduced stress in managing and running the business

Improved scalability of the business

Whereas there are different ways of productizing your services, getting software designed for such can make things even easier for you. When you take your time in finding the right software you will enjoy lots of benefits. If you are just getting familiar with productized service software option, here are some of the things you can expect to enjoy when you get a reliable one for your business.

Ease of building order forms - Traditional shopping carts can be complicated, but with the tight software for your productized service, you can design one page form for selling the services. On the form you can create an easy process that covers everything to do with orders.

News - Lessons From The Baltic

By Richard Brody

All too often, we, Americans, proceed through life, in a rather, tainted manner, taking things like freedoms, liberties, and relative safety, for granted. Traveling throughout the Baltic region, including Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and Russia, one, immediately, recognizes, many things are far different, outside of the United States. Savvy travelers attempt to take in, as much as possible, observe, converse with natives, etc, in order to get a better idea, of both, the similarities, as well as differences, goals, priorities, perceptions, and perspectives. One should begin, with overcoming our tendencies to assume and anticipate, and rather, simply enjoy and discover. While human nature, is somewhat consistent, throughout the world, and most people seek security, happiness, and freedom, one's background and experiences, often makes, what one considers, free, and each sense of comparison.

1. Human nature: While some nation's residents blame one nation for their historic challenges, others perceive things differently. For example, Germany makes a point of preserving some of their horrific history, with the hope, future generations, never make the same mistakes. They, even, maintain some of the ammunition holes, to remind them, and make them stronger. Norwegians and Danes are proud of their empathetic nature, and far more gladly than we do, embrace their high rates of taxation, gladly sharing and caring, for the common good. While many in our country, resort to labeling this, as Socialism, they have done things, this way, for generations, and ar proud of the pride of ownership, maintaining safety, cleaning the air and water, in an environmentally responsible way, etc. They have a higher regard for those who govern, than many of us, do, and believe they receive value, for th taxes paid, including medical, hospitalization, education, public transit, etc. When they discuss monthly incomes, they always do so, in terms of their net, take - home pay. Estonia, because of its small population, does not have the economy of scale, to do so, as well, and, thus, many work in nearby Finland. Only Russia, would be considered, under Communist rule, and their freedom and liberty, are somewhat restricted, yet, they feel, it's still better, than when, they were under Soviet rule. This region has long winters and shorter summers, and far fewer days of sunshine, yet most of the residents proceed, in an optimistic, sunny manner.

2. Economic: Our average salaries are far higher than many of these nations, but the people, hav adjusted, and appear, to enjoy their environment, spending as much time, enjoying the outdoors, as possible. In most of this region, employment is relatively high, and, each area, has customized their work force, to adjust to local conditions. In St. Petersburg, Russia, metal working is a major industry, while, in Estonia, we witness on of the most technologically, advanced countries. Germany has the largest, strongest, and most diverse economies, in the region, while other areas, have witnessed many oppressive rulers, over their history. Some use the Euro, while others have their own national currencies.

3. What we should learn: When visiting, attempt to meet, me converse with many of the residents. Nearly all these individuals speak several languages, including English, so one does not need, to feel, it will be difficult to communicate. Don't assume every area, would like to live as we do, but, recognize, most have an enormous curiosity about all things, American.

If you want to become the best you can be, discover and learn, as much as possible, from people, with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. You'll appreciate freedom, and realize, it's worth protecting and demanding.

SelfImprovement - The Keys To SMART Leadership

By Richard Brody

In my, over four decades, of identifying, qualifying, training, developing, and service, in a number of capacities, as a leader, I have often been asked, what makes someone a true leader, rather than merely a pseudo - leader. It often appears, those, asking, seek some magic elixir, or secret formula, so to proceed, forward, more easily, using some shortcuts. Quality leadership is not, a, one - size - fits - all, activity, but, rather, only occurs, when, there is some, perfect storm, or combination of skills, mindset, attitude, judgment, experience, and expertise, which creates a special type of relevant judgment, which transforms to meaningful wisdom, creating an individual, ready, willing and able, to make wise, well - considered, timely decisions, in a SMART way. With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly review, consider, and discuss this key component, in effectively leading.

1. Strengths; stronger; systems; solutions; sustainable: One should begin, in an introspective, objective, way, to determine his personal strengths, and weaknesses, using strengths effectively, while addressing areas of weakness. How one proceeds, determines, if he will leave a stronger group, than when he assumed office. When the focus is, on viable solutions, rather than empty rhetoric or blaming and complaining, the best systems, will be utilized, aimed towards sustainability.

2. Make mark; managing; motivation; mention: Leaders must share credit, to inspire and motivate others, to increase their willingness to, get more involved and committed. To do so, constantly mention, and show you appreciate their efforts. How will you make your mark, for the better?

3. Attitude; aptitude; attention; articulate; actions: Rhetoric and promises is not leading, but articulating an inspiring, relevant message, is a true, first step. Combining a positive, can - do, attitude, with a relevant aptitude, and leading, with your actions, is key, to success.

4. Relevant; reliable; reasonable; rationale; responsible; realistic: Looking or acting busy, or, even, being so, only matters, when one's leadership, is relevant and reliable. Proceed with reasonable expectations, and carefully articulate your rationale. One is not leading, unless he proceeds, in a responsible way.

5. Timely; timetable; trends; trustworthy; trust: How will you demonstrate, you are trustworthy, and worthy of the trust of others. Will you tell the truth, rather than taking a shortcut.? Establish a well - planned, timetable, use it, and always proceed, in a well - considered, timely manner.

SMART leaders, often appear to be, few, and far between. Are you read Your?

7 Hacks For Running During Summer Time

By Baburaj Devi

In spite of the summer heat, a lot of runners still want to continue their healthy routine. Although the heat can seriously affect running performance, there are several ways you can counteract the effects. Here are seven hacks for running during summer time.

Run at the coolest time. One of the hacks you can do to avoid the summer heat is run during the coolest point of the day. Good thing, free software and some apps can show the temperature highs and lows for the day or even for the week so you can schedule your run accordingly. Usually, sunrise and sunset are the coolest times. Midday is the hottest. But since weather changes can be abrupt, it's best you check an app.

Look for a shady alternate route. Every runner has that favorite route. But when it comes to extreme weather conditions, you may need an alternative route to keep you safer from the elements. During summer, choose less open routes. Settle for more shades, like areas with more buildings and trees. Nowadays, there are apps which can calculate the distance of the route using GPS. They also show visuals. Use the app to get the distance. That way, you still get the same distance you run in your usual route.

Wear sweat wicking clothes. Even by regular standards, sweatpants and baggy clothes are a no-no. You don't want them flapping around, then heavy and sweat-soaked in several minutes. Luckily, sweat-wicking clothes are now available in stores. Brands like Adidas, Nike and Under Armour have running apparel which takes sweat from your body and lets it evaporate inform of your clothes. This way, you are cooled off, feel more comfortable and lessen your risk of being exposed to bacteria build up. Most of these clothes are lightweight and trendy, adding more appeal to the technological benefits they already provide.

Wear light, breathable shoes. If you're clothes are on point, you shoes should be too. Wear running shoes which are lightweight and made from breathable materials. These type of shoes allow your feet to 'breathe'. Good circulation prevents hot, sweaty feet and bacteria. Heavy and stiff shoes typically wear you down. Light and flexible ones let you accelerate and move more efficiently.

Consume additional water. Even before you run, you lose more fluids during summer than any other season. You lose around six to 12 ounces of fluid for every 20 minutes of running. Pre-hydrate before you run. Drink an additional glass of water. Look for possible 'hydration' stations as well. Drinking fountains in the path, or even a convenience store you can buy some water or sports drinks.

Wear sunscreen. The sun's rays are good for you. But they can also be unforgiving, especially during the summer. Don't forget to apply some sunscreen. Even a thin layer with a high SPF will help protect your skin from certain cancers and diseases.

Run by feel. For sure you have a target pace, time and distance you want to achieve. But before you try to reach that, get the feel of your run. The heat and humidity will affect your performance despite of your best efforts. So don't force it. Acclimatize by running at a slower pace. Adjust on the fly. If it feels you'll be exerted double the effort just to achieve your goal, tone it down a bit. Don't force anything. Work on your target slowly but surely.

What Is a Minecraft Server?

By Shalini Madhav

You can play Minecraft, the game, as a single player or in a multiplayer environment. If you want to play multiplayer, what you need to do is connect to a computer through the Internet or a local network. The other computer you are going to connect to is known as a Minecraft Server. Let's know more.

The other server you are going to log on to is there to help players play the game with other players. This server may be serving tens of thousands of players at the same time.

If you want to connect to this server, what you need to do is go to the Multiplayer setting of the game menu and hit the "Add Server" option. The you should give it your desired name as well as the address. Here it's a good idea to use the domain name instead of the IP address as IP addresses keep on changing and may cause confusion in the future.

Nowadays, Minecraft allows you to install the software for Minecraft server. And for this, you don't have to get a Minecraft account either. But the problem is that the majority of servers run a custom version of the app, such as Spigot. This app enables custom plugins offering various features. These features enable special games and permissions.

You can also start your own server in your room. People will play the game on your server. However, if you want people from other parts of the world to play the game with you, we suggest that you open the port 25565.

Here you need to be careful. As soon as you be opt to the public, your server will be prone to hackers as well. They may get into your server with bad intentions. So, make sure you follow the directions given below if you want to be on the safe side.

1. It's better to allow only your friends in the beginning. However, it will also be risky as they may share it with someone they know. But it will not be as risky as sharing it with the whole world.

2. Another way is to create a "whitelist" in order to allow certain people to connect. No one will be able to connect to your server except the people on the white list. So, this is an easy way of being on the safe side.

3. You can create regular backups. In fact, you should create backups on a regular basis. This will help you restore everything in case a disaster happens. Ideally, it's better to create backups on an hourly basis.

Long story short, if you are interested in playing Minecraft with your friends or other users from across the globe, we suggest that you follow the advice given in this article. This will help you get your server ready in addition to keeping your server secure at all times. After, you don't want to end up damaging your important gaming data, especially if you have set up a large server for thousands of players.

Do you want to launch your own   Minecraft Server? If so, we suggest that you check out Mincecraft Servers.

How To Write Sales Copy That Sells

By Richard Peck

Sales copy - as created by "copy writers" - is basically the process of creating a piece of writing that will influence others to buy a particular product or service.

The key thing to realize with the most effective "copy" is that it has almost *nothing* to do with the product. It focuses on WHY the product would need to be purchased, and what the underlying benefit to the user will be.

To do this, copy writers have to basically immerse themselves into what the product was designed to do - not what it "is". This switch - from focusing on the functionality of a system onto the underlying benefits it may bring - is what determines the effectiveness of an "offer" you may want to make to an audience.

How does this work and what does it mean?

Imagine you're writing "copy" for high-end tailoring (suits etc). The suits are great as a "product" - but what you need to realize is that your "job" as a sales person is to "sell" the buyer on the reason *WHY* they'd want a tailored suit in the first place.

The biggest mistake that copy writers make is they will typically try to sell the user on the "quality" of the product (fabric softness etc). Whilst this works well as a validation of a product's offer, it does not really "trigger" the buyer wanting to purchase. To do that, you talk about the way the product will be used - and the effect it will have on the user's life...

Women will never be caught staring. They have peripheral vision which they use to great effect. This, however, does *not* make them immune to the impulse created by the raw of a razor-sharp dresser. Stand out from the crowd with a CUSTOM suit - designed just for you...

This process - of putting a user's core benefit first (and it's typically emotional) - at the core of the offer, is what triggers the initial attraction for a product. This triggering is not by accident - it's as guttural as breathing, and explains why some nonsense products end up being accepted by the market.

The truth is that there's ALWAYS some sort of underlying "breakthrough" that powers successful products. Rather than relying on the product itself, focus on personifying this breakthrough, and you'll eventually start to attract an audience who shares the sentiment. This is then when you start to follow-up with the initial attraction by describing the effectiveness of the product, its quality or some other feature-based ideas.

Check Yourself

By Vance Larson

Check yourself, before you... well you know what I mean. If you can't check yourself, trust your partner or circle to do it for you. In a time when everyone wants to be an entrepreneur or influencer, somehow many have a hard time influencing their own life. Everyone wants to build, lead or teach, but few are willing to see what's broken, follow or be taught.

Relationships are a lost art. Just this morning I had a client who wanted to know if breaking up with his girlfriend could be done via text? Yes, you can break up through text. But here is another example of relationships skills being lost.

I have to wonder why so many are afraid to be open with their feelings? Sure, no one wants to be vulnerable. But how do we ever experience true passion, let alone love, without being open? Is it that we have yet to define ourselves? Do we not know who we are? If that's the case, how can we ever truly present our true light to anyone we meet? We are just presenting our thoughts at that particular time and space.

Self discovery opens doors that we never knew existed. To have a full understanding of the very matter that makes you, is a dance of expression. To know who you are and your worth, sends a beacon to those who are on the same frequency as you. I think that is why over the past decade my practice has been is geared toward relationships and personal development. I have watched way too many people {I'm guilty of it too, as a younger man} look for a relationship to solve their inner insecurities and hoping for validation.

I lecture about this all time. It's not what you get from the relationship, it's what you bring to the relationship. So many of my clients fail to look at their behaviors when their dating. It's always the other persons fault. There comes a time when we should check ourselves on our own BS. What I find interesting is that by far the couples that I see lasting, are the couples where one person initiates coaching to work on themselves first, rather than starting couples coaching. It's an affirmation that maybe they aren't bringing the best they have to the relationship. That before they accuse and point the finger, they want to be checked themselves. That is a true indicator of relationship survival.

Your partner and your inner circle are a reflection of you. Ask yourself these 3 things. Are they always in conflict? Do they take any responsibility themselves? Are they willing to put in the work to get it turned around? If the answer is no, they won't be able to check you. If your inner circle, or your partner is not working to become the best version of themselves, more than likely they will not have the skill-set to help you become the best version of yourself. That doesn't mean to cut them loose. It just means you will probably need outside help to make your corrections.

I say all that to say this. You're going to have some failed relationships. You're going to get hurt from time to time. The one investment that we should be fully invested in is ourselves. Be it self help measures, your partner, inner circle, coach or counselor, we need to check ourselves. Because if we don't. We are staring at a life with storms with interval periods of sun, only to return to the rain. And the only shelter to be found, is the foundation of your personal development. And you can't build it, until you check it.

The Law Of Allowing

By Croz Crossley

I just love it when clients call me up and tell me about things that have happened as a result of adopting these teachings. I always have to act surprised but it is just more proof that if you stick at it and overcome your past programming trying to derail you, you cannot fail to get results.

Once you get a result it gives you confidence to then stick at it. The speed at which you will experience results is in direct proportion to your faith and belief in the process.

We all have the same equipment but everybody has been programmed differently and it is that past programming that is stopping you to allow things to happen.

Amazingly if you have been searching for answers and have avidly read and followed various systems and methods contained in the 1000's of books written on this subject, you may be at a disadvantage because your brain will be trying to make sense of lots of differing processes.

Information overload causing analysis paralysis the classic stumbling block.

There is nothing complicated in these teachings and in their basic form make absolute sense but once you try and juggle all the past information with the new information you can not possibly expect to move forward.

The universe is responding to your thoughts 24/7 but it can only respond to the messages you send out and if those messages are unclear and jumbled you will attract unclear jumbled results.

The clearer and more detailed your thoughts the easier it is for the universe to deliver a result, unfortunately we all kid ourselves that we are clear in our thoughts, but deep down we have those pesky voices and all that past information overriding the thought so the dominant message is still one of chaos.

These teachings cannot fail to work provided that you follow the instructions and until you can send out your messages in a clear and concise manner without all the hidden voices poking their noses in, you will be stuck exactly where you are.

Every change for the good comes from a calm relaxed mind so start relaxing and experience how clever you are when you allow your mind to direct operations.

Once you allow your subconscious mind the freedom to do its job, magical things happen and you can actually feel a weight lifted because you realise that you do not have to assist in any way. Just ALLOW things to unfold and your life changes in so many different ways.
