Homeopathic Remedies Cure Patients Holistically

Homeopathy, which dates back to the 1700s, is an alternative medicinal practice that uses small doses of natural substances that in a healthy person would create symptoms of disease. In order to help treat or cure a disease Homeopathy uses the fewest possible quantity of an active element, even if this same component has resulted in the illness in the first place.

Homeopathy is the second largest therapeutic system in use in the world, according to WHO.

Now, hundreds of diverse homeopathic remedies are available. A range of natural substances are used in Homeopathic medicine. They are either derived from animals or from minerals or plants. Activated charcoal, fresh or dried herbs, garlic, vinegar, caffeine, crushed bees, white arsenic, mountain herbs, stinging nettle plants, and poison ivy are used by a homeopathic doctor to treat a patient. To create the sweet pills, gels, skin ointments, creams or drops, these substances are extracted or processed in another way.

How Homeopathy Works

We have already discussed that the same substance which contribute to an illness is used to treat the very same illness in Homeopathy. Homeopathy is based on the belief that this practice helps the body's natural ability to heal and stimulate the immune system. The School Of Homeopathy states, "that which a substance is capable of causing, it is also capable of curing."

In Homeopathy, treatments are tailored to each person's specific symptoms, body, history, and needs. It focuses on "individualized" and holistic cure. For instance, just imagine that two people are suffering from fever or migraine. But if they go to a Homeopathy doctor he/she will give different recommendations for them. Medicines will be prescribed based on their distinctive situation and also after analysing how their body is expected to respond.

Homeopathy is different from conventional medicine. When you consult a Homeopathy doctor he will ask you about your likes and dislikes, food habits, behaviour, etc. This is because in Homeopathy a patient's personality and emotions are very important. A patient is treated based on these factors.

Some patients might need higher doses than others because patients react in a different way to a range of doses of homeopathic medicines.

Depending on the patient's needs Homeopathic remedies - whether minerals, adaptogen herbs, animal products or medicinal mushrooms - are diluted to a certain potency. The aim is to always use the minimum dose possible.

Apart from asking patients about their relationships, stress levels, family, personal characteristics, and so on, lab tests are also normally carried out to help the homeopathic doctor learn about the patient's condition.

However, a Homeopathy doctor never prescribes medicines only based on lab tests. They are always self-reported and viewed in light of the patient's symptoms. A Homeopathy doctor will not just fix standard medications after simply taking urine, blood, hormone or other tests. To learn about the patient's expectations and entire experience is the goal of the homeopathic doctor. This is an effective way to help heal a patient "holistically" without any side-effects.

Homeopathic remedies are safe and natural. All treatments are based on
a holistic approach. For all Homeopathy Health and Wellness Care, please consult one of the best homeopathic doctor in Mumbai offers homeopathy treatment for women and children through holistic approach.

The Real Problem With 'Text Neck'

Smart phones. Tablets. Texting. Social Media.

Most of us, me included, are hooked on our smart phones and multi-media devices.

This is a big problem. Why?

Because of the constant bending of the neck.

It may seem like this constant bending of the neck is no big deal because in most cases people don't feel neck pain from texting.

However, what is actually happening is premature aging and wearing down of the spine and discs. This is called degenerative arthritis or osteoarthritis.

And in a majority of cases, you will not feel pain while the spine is wearing down and degenerating.

However... fast forward 10 years, or 15 years, or 20 years, and the amount of spinal damage, decay, and aging that occurs and is seen on x-rays is startling. And to think that it could have been prevented or at the very minimum the progression could have been slowed down significantly.

I am especially concerned with kids and teens because they represent our future.

And while they are spending hours and hours on their cell phones texting and browsing social media, they are unknowingly and prematurely damaging their spine.

This is a huge problem that I believe can be avoided or at least mitigated with some simple proactive changes.

Studies have shown that youths aged 8-18 spend 7 and half hours a day using multi-media devices (TV, computers, smart phones, etc). That's similar to the amount of time an adult spends at work in a day.

And...

Out of those 7 and half hours, 2 hours a day are spent using mobile devices. That's two hours of 'text neck' occurring, daily.

So what do you do?

#1. Spend less time on mobile devices. Yes it's possible. But especially children and teens, they must minimize the amount of time using mobile devices and sitting in front of other media devices.

#2. If you find yourself on your mobile device for a long period of time, take a mini break from it and lift your head up for a breath of air. Put your head and neck back into extension to reverse the forward head position. Also, get into the habit of holding up your smartphone closer to eye level so you are minimizing the forward had flexion. Teach this to your kids too.

#3. If you or your child/teen has never had a spinal check up with a chiropractor, now is the time to have their spine checked and evaluated for any early postural problems or early damage. The earlier you catch the spinal problem the more favourable to correction will be.

#4. If you or your child/teen is currently under regular chiropractic care, keep up your regular check ups. This is the best way to stay ahead of 'text neck' and prevent further damage.

#5. If you have been given any home exercises by the chiropractor (traction, posture correction mirror image exercises), be sure you do them daily. This is the best thing you can be doing at home to counteract the negative effects of daily mobile device use and daily texting.

Remember, knowledge is power. Have this knowledge and information and making no changes will just about ensure that you continue on the same path and keep getting the same results.

So... use this information and begin making the necessary changes so you can lead a healthier life for you and your children.

9 Tips for a Cheap Fat Burning Diet

In a perfect world, we could all just stroll into our local supermarket and purchase all the healthy foods that our hearts desire! But that world just doesn't exist, doesn't it? Instead, we have to settle for the reality of what our pockets can afford. And healthy food can be really expensive!

However, if you are on a weight loss goal, obstacles like an empty pocket simply cannot stand in the way of healthy eating. Fortunately, there are many ways around this problem and it is possible to eat healthy on a budget. Here are 9 tips to save you money on your next healthy shopping trip:

1. Use digital and paper coupons

Sign up for your local supermarket's shopper club card and download their app so that you can be first in line for all their discounts and digital coupons. You can even grab a paper coupon when you enter the store. Once you are using all 3 you will find that you can save much more than what you expected!

2. Buy in bulk

Big bulk stores usually stock high-quality foods in bulk which means you will be able to pay less for those foods than you would at a local supermarket. You will end up paying more up front but you will be paying less per unit!

3. Shop locally and in season

The best place to shop for the freshest food is at the local farmers market just be prepared to bring cash with you. You can even join the local Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. A CSA program is where farmers will bring you a box whatever they have picked in the last week for a flat rate, so it is going to be the freshest fruit and vegetables you could possibly buy.

4. Be flexible

Shop around at different supermarkets to find the best discounts in your area. You can even check the internet or the paper for the latest bargains. And hey, maybe you even find new ingredients to put on the table! With this approach make sure that you factor in the extra cost of petrol and your time as you will be using more of both!

5. Use your freezer

If you have a large enough freezer you can buy in season foods in bulk and freeze them so that they can last longer! Just make sure to keep track of what you have and when you need to eat them by.

6. Plan ahead

As I'm sure you know by now, healthy foods tend to have a short life span! Make sure that you only purchase what you will use so that it doesn't go off and you end up throwing it away. If something is going to reach its expiry date plan to incorporate it into your diet before the expiry date.

7. Know the price per unit

Make sure you are comparing the same units to each other for a more accurate picture of the cost. Some stores will show the price per unit but if it is possible, peak inside the bag to see what you are actually paying for!

8. Swap it up

Mix cheaper ingredients with expensive ingredients so that you can have a 'fuller' dish. For example, mix veggies and grains (cheap ingredients) with chicken (expensive ingredient)

9. Measure your shopping

What you measure will improve! So just like you would measure your weight loss program measure how well you did on your last shopping trip. See what you have spent your money needlessly on and what you can cut out so that you have more money for healthier ingredients.

Follow these steps and soon you will be eating like a trust fund baby! Shopping for healthier food can be more expensive but at the end of the day, a healthier diet is worth the extra time and money. Even though I haven't spoken much about it today, make sure you are also factoring in the cost of supplements as they are also very important to a healthy diet!

Justin has been a part of the weight loss industry for a number of years, first as a consumer and now as a teacher. In his own words, he says, "I used to be overweight until people started making rude comments and that is when decided that enough is enough, and lost the weight for good!" He has been at his goal weight for the last 10 years and has never looked back!

Technique Vs Cost Perspective of Choosing the Hair Transplant Procedure

The hair transplant procedure is referred to as moving or shifting the hair follicles from the safe zone of the donor to the recipient one's scalp, where it is needed to implant the follicles in order to cover the bald portion as well as shifting the hair follicles in such a manner that the aesthetic results could be achieved in terms of natural hairline design as well as the proper dense graft pattern of the bald portion as requisite. The process of the hair transplant is gaining its relevance and importance day by day due to its sustainable results for hair regrowth as well as natural hairline design. It is an important aspect of concern about the technique of the hair transplant so that the higher number of hair follicles could be transferred in a single session. The second thing which comes in this aspect is about the cost of the hair transplant for the particular technique that is being opted in terms of harvesting maximum grafts as well as getting more natural results.

To avoid the drawbacks during the planning of hair restoration surgery, it is important to have a thorough knowledge of both the procedures that decide the suitability for a particular one based on your condition of baldness and physical or anatomical strata.

There are two main types of hair transplant techniques named; FUT (Follicular unit transplant) & FUE (Follicular unit extraction).

FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant): The FUT technique is a powerful and a genuine choice if there is the need to extract the higher number of follicular units to cover the higher NW class and in FUT, it is possible to achieve the highest number of graft harvesting and implanting in a single session. The FUT technique of hair transplant is more prevalent among those patients, having the highest grade of baldness and it requires a special set of skills from the surgeon's side to achieve an aesthetic result for the same. In a FUT hair transplant it needs an aesthetic skill from the surgeon's side that how efficiently they extract the strip and it's all a question just about their expertise and perfection in workmanship. It is required to cut the strip area with the blade having less depth so that the hair roots will be viable and after cutting them, we need to hold with the aid of the hook so that the superficial line catches the hair roots in the most viable manner.

What should be considered in FUT procedure from the surgeon's side are mentioned below:

Are the follicular units microscopically dissected under the magnification of 20x so that the transaction rate of grafts will be minimised

Does your hair transplant surgeon use the single bladed knife to harvest the strips of follicular units from the safe donor portion

Are the technicians well-versed and having many years of experience

How many microscopes are being used during the dissection of grafts

Aforesaid are some important questions before opting for the FUT surgery from the particular clinic and all the answers that you are seeking should be in positive from your surgeon's perspective.

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction): The follicular unit extraction procedure of the hair transplant is in itself a systematic process of single follicular unit extraction, in which surgeons extract the follicular units one by one directly from the targeted spot by using the motorised or manual punch of DIA 0.75 to 1 mm. Here the chances of damage rate will be higher because the procedure requires the special set of skills of perfection and expertise by which a surgeon decides in punching depth and it's all about the speculations and predictions that the surgeon applies during the extraction of follicular units. The punching and drilling of harvesting the hair roots should be at the proper angle and direction so that the surgeon efficiently extracts the follicular units and hence the transaction/damage rate of follicular units are higher there and the outcomes are also of lesser value. FUE is suitable for those candidates who are suffering from the lesser grade of baldness with minimum NW class.

The FUE technique takes much time for harvesting the grafts and the surgeon harvests the grafts repeatedly until enough graft is collected for the planned hair restoration. The FUE technique takes a whole day to complete the procedure, but there may be multiple sessions as the graft requirements to cover the bald portion and the recovery time varies as per the sessions are multiplied and the needed healing time over the course is of 5-7 days. The wound after the surgical procedure of FUE will appear as tiny white scars in approximate 1-mm in size. These scars can be easily buried in the rear and sides of the scalp containing the hair.

Now it has been easily determined that the particular cost for a particular procedure of hair transplant as per the usable technique and ranges of follicular units that are harvested in a particular procedure varies accordingly.

The cost determinant factor in the hair transplant procedure is jot down below:

Applied technique decides the limitations of grafts harvesting and directly determines the cost of hair restoration procedure as the price of per grafts ranges between RS/ 30-50INR.

The Degree of NW class that decides the needed number of grafts to cover the bald portion has a major role in cost determination.

Geographical boundaries also play a role in cost determination for hair restoration services because the cost for the hair transplant procedure in other developed nations is far higher if compared to India.

Summarising all, we can say that the cost of the hair transplant is in altogether the cost of graft harvesting and covering the bald portion with more aesthetics by the expert surgeons and ultimately deciding your requirement and fulfilment of results too.

How Your Home Is More Contaminated Than Most Public Places

Not all germs are bad, but many are, and they are lurking everywhere, including the soil, the air, our water and food supplies, our pets, people we come in contact with and all of the surfaces we touch. However, most people don't realize that the home of all places is host to more germs than most public places.

A global hygiene study was conducted by The Hygiene Council, which is funded by Reckitt Benckiser, the parent company of the disinfectant products under the name Lysol. The study they conducted included more than 10,000 people worldwide, including about 1,000 people in the U.S. In the survey, only 5% of the U.S. participants answered "in the home" when they were asked where they thought children are most likely to come in contact with the most germs.

Their study also revealed that 55% of all respondents worldwide thought the garbage can would pose the greatest risk of transmitting germs to the family. However, the fact of the matter is the bath tub actually harbors more germs than the average garbage can.

Another interesting, yet forgotten fact is that a lot of germs can be found in some unsuspecting places as well, such as light switches, door handles, faucets, everyday appliances, telephones, tv remotes, electronic devices and computer keyboards. Most of us do not realize that germs, such as the Rotavirus (the one that causes severe diarrhea) can survive on surfaces for up to 14 days. Others that can cause wound infections can survive weeks to months.

According to The Hygiene Council, research from 17 studies now proves that good personal hygiene such as simple hand washing with soap and water can reduce the risk of getting a stomach virus by up to 47%. The problem is, many people, especially children ignore this simple, yet effective way to killing the harmful germs. However, experts are now saying that the overuse of Antibacterial products can be harmful as well because some germs are beneficial and are needed for proper immune function and some germs will begin to mutate and become more resistant.

The Hygiene Council recommends washing your hands with plain soap and warm water or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren't available to help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. Besides hand washing, keeping surfaces, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom adequately disinfected, and frequent laundering of bedding are the other keys to helping keep harmful pathogens from spreading not only in the home but throughout the community as well.

Although keeping a clean home is a priority for most of us, the toxins found in many products are just as much of a concern. There are many natural products available on the market that work just as well without the harmful chemicals. Some people even choose to make their own cleaning supplies using simple yet safe ingredients.

Keeping germs from breeding and spreading should be a concern for us all. And it begins with realizing that the home is potentially the most germ infested place you are in most of the time. Help yourselves and those around you by regularly cleaning the high traffic germ areas and items in your home. This alone will help improve the health and well-being of your family and even your community.

The Nature of HIV

The contagious nature of HIV places it in a different class than other chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, and so forth. The contagious nature of HIV has a more debilitating psychosocial and psychological impact on the ill person's mental and emotional state than non-contagious diseases and often leads to self-imposed isolation and a feeling of being totally inadequate.

HIV medications can help the body of the infected person but that person's feelings of self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence suffer from a staggering blow that must be attended to just as directly as the treatment of their physical body.

Healing the mind of the HIV infected person goes a long way in healing the body of that person because the healthy mental state of the mind will produce far more antibodies to combat intrusions than a mental state that is depressed and dispirited about the condition of its physical health.

The most dangerous mindset that a person who is infected with the HIV virus can allow themselves to fall into is that of denial. Denial is so dangerous because it refuses to accept the existence of the disease which hinders the infected person from taking the necessary actions to treat the virus and also places other people in grave jeopardy.

Denial also has the side effect of confusing the brain where it will send wrong or mixed signals to the protection mechanics of the body and weakens the responsiveness of this system to both positive and negative external and internal stimuli.

A person can live a long reasonably healthy life with HIV, but that is not good enough when that person is living in a despondent mental and emotional state because of their constant awareness that a deadly plague is actively resident within them.

The powerful human nature of sexuality becomes a burden and a curse for those who are infected with any sort of sexually transmitted disease, and being infected with the HIV and Aids virus also has a good deal of shame and embarrassment that comes attached to them.

There is nothing that hinders a person infected with the HIV and Aids virus from living a productive and rewarding life if they do not wallow in the mindset of a defeatist. Being HIV positive may seem like it's the end of your world, but it is not, it is merely one of life's many obstacles and challenges that must be faced with a determination to overcome it.

Self-pity and denial are psychological contraband that must be removed from the mind and replaced with goods and services that are reinforcing and empowering personally and societally.

The nature of Hiv is silent and deadly. It feeds upon the cells of the body like and leech.

Hiv is: "Definition By Mayo Clinic Staff "

"Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a chronic, potentially life-threatening condition caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes with your body's ability to fight the organisms that cause disease.

HIV is a sexually transmitted infection. It can also be spread by contact with infected blood or from mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth or breast-feeding. Without medication, it may take years before HIV weakens your immune system to the point that you have AIDS.

There's no cure for HIV/AIDS, but there are medications that can dramatically slow the progression of the disease. These drugs have reduced AIDS deaths in many developed nations. But HIV continues to decimate populations in Africa, Haiti and parts of Asia."

The symptoms of HIV and AIDS vary, depending on the phase of infection.

Primary infection (Acute HIV):

The majority of people infected by HIV develop a flu-like illness within a month or two after the virus enters the body. This illness, known as primary or acute HIV infection, may last for a few weeks. Possible signs and symptoms include:

 Fever

 Headache

 Muscle aches and joint pain

 Rash

 Sore throat

Swollen lymph glands, mainly on the neck

Although the symptoms of primary HIV infection may be mild enough to go unnoticed, the amount of virus in the bloodstream (viral load) is particularly high at this time. As a result, HIV infection spreads more efficiently during primary infection than during the next stage of infection.

Clinical latent infection (Chronic HIV):

In some people, persistent swelling of lymph nodes occurs during clinical latent HIV. Otherwise, there are no specific signs and symptoms. HIV remains in the body, however, and in infected white blood cells.

Clinical latent infection generally lasts around 10 years if you're not receiving antiretroviral therapy. This phase can last for decades in people taking antiretroviral medications. But some people progress to more severe disease much sooner.

Early symptomatic HIV infection:

As the virus continues to multiply and destroy immune cells, you may develop mild infections or chronic signs and symptoms such as:

 Fever

 Fatigue

Swollen lymph nodes - often one of the first signs of HIV infection

 Diarrhea

 Weight loss

 Oral yeast infection (thrush)

 Shingles (herpes zoster)

Progression to AIDS:

If you receive no treatment for your HIV infection, the disease typically progresses to AIDS in about 10 years. By the time AIDS develops, your immune system has been severely damaged, making you susceptible to opportunistic infections - diseases that wouldn't usually trouble a person with a healthy immune system.

The signs and symptoms of some of these infections may include:

 Soaking night sweats

 Recurring fever

 Chronic diarrhea

Persistent white spots or unusual lesions on your tongue or in your mouth

 Persistent, unexplained fatigue

 Weight loss

 Skin rashes or bumps

When to see a doctor:

If you think you may have been infected with HIV or are at risk of contracting the virus, see a health care provider as soon as possible."

For more on this go to: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hiv-aids/basics/definition/con-20013732

Everyone say that there is currently no cure for the HIV and Aids virus and widely promote medicating the virus. This is great advice for the benefit of pharmaceutical companies but falls far short of the mark for those of us who are HIV positive.

The cure for the HIV and Aids virus is with those of us who are infected by forming our own independent research and development groups that are solely interested in finding and releasing the cure for HIV and Aids and not making money by only developing medications for it.

By monkeys or by man, however, HIV and Aids reared their hideous heads is a lukewarm topic compared to self-reliance, corporate action, and creative initiative that we who are HIV and Aids positive must undertake as a formidable unified body to cure ourselves of this plague and not depend on others to do it for us.

Your starting point for making your personal stand for life is by becoming a member of http://hiveaid.org. Join Now and reassert your individual and collective independence and humanity.

We must not allow HIV and Aids to be relegated to being just one of many treatable illnesses because that will be like abandoning the ship before it has hit the iceberg. We are the pioneers of our own health and destiny and will forge ahead until we are safely at anchor within the docks of the new city.

Our enemy gropes in the darkness attacking our immune system by using the corridors of our life-giving blood to assail us. There should be a way to induce our quiet enemy to feed upon itself and in so doing annihilate itself.

The cure for HIV and Aids is in the creative energies of women and men and can be developed, if it has not already been, and dispersed among HIV and Aids infected individuals free of charge. There is no such thing as being no such thing as far as human imagination is concerned. The ability to achieve is a gift that is embedded within all of us, some having more of this gift while others less, but we all have this gift if we are willing to cultivate and exploit it.

Our hands are not tied to the whims and the goodwill of others, therefore, we muster our collective forces, pool our resources, and get busy with the job at hand, taking our lives back and dislodging our silent enemy from the tables of nations.

Why the World Needs Empaths, and How Empaths Can Survive the World

In her New York Times bestseller, Emotional Freedom: Liberate Yourself from Negative Emotions and Transform Your Life (2011), Dr. Judith Orloff defines empaths as "highly sensitive, finely tuned instruments... that feel everything, sometimes to an extreme, and are less apt to intellectualize feelings."

There is no doubt that empaths are special, sensitive, and beautiful people. Without them, the world would be one without passion, love, understanding, and support.

All people need empaths in their lives.

The sad fact is that many empaths suffer from constant fears, stress, anxiety, or a lack of meaning in their lives. Empaths are heroes, because, unlike many of us, they choose not to keep their souls and their compassion hidden from others. They make themselves available without question-whenever needed-and surround those who need them in a beautiful circle of love.

Our planet needs empaths.

They have the power to make other people great; unfortunately, they don't know how to make themselves great, and that's really unfortunate.

To enable themselves to be great, empaths should take care not to give themselves to others unconditionally. They need to keep some of their energy for themselves: To add more stress to their already existing anxiety would be unhealthy. It's important for empaths to learn how to make peaceful, relaxing, enjoyable lives for themselves-first. They have to believe that everything starts with them. If they don't have enough energy or love for themselves, how can they give love and energy to others? No individual can give away something that he or she doesn't have.

Therefore, empaths must make a place in their lives where they can relax. This place needs to be separate from the rest of world-that part of their world which causes them stress. This is the place where empaths can refuel their energy and return to whenever life gets too busy, too hectic, or too demanding. And when they're in that special place, their only purpose should be to relax, meditate, visualise, sit down and listen to their favorite music... or to just be silent and feel their feelings, think their thoughts, or read a book that will teach them-assure them-that they're not alone on this Earth. These are easy and effective ways through which empaths can de-stress and recharge themselves.

Empaths are a precious gift to the world.

They therefore shouldn't constantly worry about their health or about how to save the world.

Yes, empaths need to realize that the world would survive even without them and that their lives don't have to be so difficult. They need to connect to their own beliefs and spirituality. This will make the difference, make them stronger and allow them to be kinder to themselves so that they can live lives that are healthier and more enjoyable.

Empaths require a balance between helping others and helping themselves. They feel more than they need to, and this is a problem that modern medicine can't help them with. There is no cure for an empath's love. Western medicine treats symptoms-not the soul or the spirit. So empaths need to be their own health-care providers-and as it turns out, they are their own best possible healers.

When a person's emotional life is healthy, his or her physical health will improve immediately. This is called the mind-body connection-and it works!

When feeling overwhelmed, or when things seem to be falling apart, empaths need to go inside themselves, inside their spirit, and find their cure: their place of comfort. It's a sacred place, and they deserve to have it.

And as long as they have it, they'll have enough passion, love, understanding, and support to give to the rest of the world.

The Concept of Alkaline Water - Basics, Uses, Benefits and Side Effects

The contemporary customer has endless choices in everything. If you walk into a convenience store and look for packaged water, you will find all sorts of options, right from natural spring water to flavored water and much more. One of the top sellers on that list would be alkaline water, which has found immense popularity in a short time. So, what's the hype all about? Should you replace regular water with packaged ionized water? In this post, we will uncover the fundamental aspects, along with benefits, side effects and other things.

Knowing the Concept:

In your school years, you must have read about acid-base chemistry. The whole concept of alkaline water is based on that theory. Advocates of ionized water, as it is often known, claim that the high pH of water helps in getting rid of acids in the bloodstream and can prevent a lot of common diseases. Natural spring water is known to be alkaline and is often sold at high prices because of the same reason. Spring and stream water passes over rocks and gathers minerals, which changes the pH level. Of course, most of us don't live in the jungles, so we have to rely on packaged water, which comes with added things like calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate.

The Benefits:

Most brands add natural additives like calcium, magnesium, potassium to water to make it basic/alkaline. The presence of antioxidants in alkaline water helps in easy detox and neutralizes the acids in the body to offer a refreshing experience. The pH level of water depends from brand to brand, but experts suggest on choosing options that score at least 9 on the pH scale. If you are following the alkaline diet, this particular concept should be a part of your daily routine. Alkaline water is also believed to increase the hydration rate and metabolism, which is ideal for people dealing with obesity in particular. Some people have claimed that ionized water has helped in regulating the blood sugar levels, although the amount of information is pretty limited. Not to forget, packaged 9.5pH alkaline water has a better taste than regular tap water.

The Side Effects:

Well, the only downside is the relatively limited research on the subject. There are no known side effects of replacing regular drinking water with basic alkaline water, but the benefits are often subject to controversies. While millions of people claim good things about the diet and drinking high pH water, science is yet to prove a lot of these facts. However, if you are looking beyond filtered water and aerated drinks, this is surely a better choice. Just keep a check on the brand you choose to get the best benefits.

The alkaline diet has found many takers, but the food chart is often hard to follow. With ionized water, you can take a start without trying too hard. Also, keep in mind that our body has its ways to maintain the overall pH level, so the replacement is a matter a choice and not compulsion.

I am a marketing representative of Tru Balance Water. Tru Balance Water Inc seeks to introduce the highest quality alkaline health water to the masses at a competitive price while maintaining an Eco Friendly stance.

How Can I Observe, Prevent and Treat Dengue?

The harmful viral disease that crops up in tropical areas whose transmission is carried out by mosquitoes, by which we suffer from sudden fever and severe joint pain is termed as Dengue. It is the most common disorder of the present times. Now we will discuss its symptoms, prevention and treatment in the following manner.

Symptoms
There are certain symptoms of Dengue by which we can easily predict the disorder. The symptoms of Dengue are explained in the following way.

High Fever
Fever is the common disorder, but high fever is the symptom of Dengue. In other words, when a person is suffering from high fever, then it is the probability that he is in the trap of this disease.

Intense Sweating
Sweating is good for our health, but intense sweating is the sign of this disease. Therefore, if a person is facing intense sweating then we should go for diagnostic tests for this disease.

Joint Pain
Joint pain is the common problem, but it should not be neglected as it is the sign of this illness which is serious.

Vomiting and Nausea
