WONDERS OF PATIENCE

Main Text :Hebrews 12:1 

Let us run with patience the race that is set before us.

James 1:4 – but Let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and enter, wanting nothing .

Patience simply means content to wait if necessary. It is not losing one’s temper while waiting. Sir Isaac Newton stated “Whatsoever i have done is due to patience thought” . Patience led him to produce wonders and he is being celebrated today.

Exercising patience in situations makes you understand the mind of God and His ways. It makes someone to develop wisdom and create the solution to problem coming on the way.

Problems give birth to experience and experience becomes knowledge in you that gives more advantages than people you feel are of the same level with you. Patience makes you to acquire divine wisdom in a particular situation. Especially when those challenges always occur it gives room to apply different strategies to solve it.

It is another level of knowledge acquired by you through God, When challenges come, don’t be too fast to face it. Go to God in prayer and allow Him speak and direct you. His ways are not our ways neither His thought ours.

You are still the vessel to be used for the battles. Don’t be hasty rather run the race with patience, it is part of the fruit of the Spirit in longsuffering. Trials of life are designed programs to fortify us as Christians and to make us the best.

THE PATIENT CHRISTIAN REAPS THE DIVINE BLESSINGS.

PRAYER: OH LORD teach me to develop the virtue of patience to run this race in Jesus name.
