One of the biggest impediments to successfully quitting smoking is your internal belief system. Henry Ford once said that if you think you can or you think you can't either way you are right.

In the alternative scenario you decide that being a skeptic is of no value to you and help you in any way at all. In this moment you commit yourself 100% to quitting smoking. You decide that nothing will stop you from becoming a non- smoker.

You decide in advance, at a deep level that from the moment you arrive for your quit smoking session you will never smoke again. You commit to use every strategy offered to you.

You never smoke again no matter what challenges life may throw at you in the future. If you feel a desire to smoke you immediately use your anti-craving strategy and do it until any such feeling passes.

Your hypnotist will provide for you all the framework you need to quit, but you are a human being with free will and you will be free to smoke again any time you choose, but realise that you will be once again heading down the predictably bad road of the smoker.

Every day you could choose to drive your car at 100km per hour through the main street of your city, or you could drink a bottle of spirits then get in your car.

These are disastrous decisions and smoking is just as bad, but I'm sure you will never make any such decisions.
